As Fabric’s Co-CEO, Jack leads the company’s operations, R&D and innovation.

He joined the company in 2018 as Chief of Staff and later as CEO of the Israel market. In 2020 Jack became Fabric’s COO and led the company’s operational scale readiness, site planning and deployment, production, logistics, supply chain, program management, service operations, and global tech support.

Before joining Fabric, Jack was EVP of Global Human Resources for Stratasys, a global leader in 3D-printing solutions. Prior to that, Jack was COO of Better Place. Jack is a retired Brigadier General and served in the Israeli Air Force for 34 years.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Technion and a Master of Arts in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.

As Fabric’s Co-CEO, Curt drives global commercial growth and strategy.

Curt has over 30 years of executive experience in grocery, pharmacy, and mass merchandise, and has collaborated to build new businesses that generate over $8 billion in annual sales and over 30,000 jobs. He launched successful eCommerce divisions at Ahold Delhaize, Giant Eagle, and CVS Pharmacy, as well as the HEB and Ahold Delhaize fueling divisions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Ori co-founded Fabric in 2015 and leads the design and development of Fabric’s micro-fulfillment platform.

Before co-founding CommonSense, Ori served as a Major in the Israeli Air Force. As a Senior Project Manager and Head of Section, Ori specialized in operations research and optimizations of complex combat scenarios, for which he received the Air Force Commander Distinction Award. He is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot Program.

Ori holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Shay is a co-founder of Fabric and leads all hardware, manufacturing, and deployment activities.

Before co-founding Fabric, Shay served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Intelligence Technology Unit of the Israel Defense Forces where he managed hundreds of experts. Shay has led the development of multidisciplinary systems and complex projects, for which he received the prestigious Israel Defense prize.

Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, a Master of Science in Biomechanics from Delaware University, and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Maya joined Fabric in 2021. She oversees human resources and team member experience initiatives, and supports and consults executives during organizational planning processes, helping to finalize work plans and execute them.

She has over 14 years of experience as an HR professional, with extensive knowledge in HR processes from A-Z. She has specialized in HR in various organizations and industries, with high diagnostic capabilities, accuracy and proven success in the field.

Maya holds a Bachelor of science in social work from the Tel Aviv University and an Masters degree in organizational development and consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Hagai joined Fabric in 2018 and is currently leading the company’s Delivery & Operations Department, including Delivery, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Support and IT

Hagai has over 15 years of experience in leading complex Operations and Programs in various leading operation roles, serving in critical positions for scaling up companies from startups to corporate. Prior to joining Fabric, Hagai led engineering and project teams in high tech, hardware and software companies and managed mega projects design, construction and commissioning of over >$1B in total.

Hagai holds a Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Technion.

Jonathan joined Fabric in 2019 and serves as Head of Product and Strategy and Sales. He has spent his time at Fabric building customer-centric strategies and overseeing customer operations to ensure maximum efficiency and success.

Jonathan has significant retail operations experience. Prior to joining Fabric he led operations and scale efforts for several food & beverage retail brands across the United States. He is now applying his vast retail operations experience toward preparing Fabric’s micro-fulfillment center operations for scale.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College.

Raphi joined Fabric in 2022, and leads our R&D teams.

Prior to Fabric, Raphi has over 30 years of experience working with R&D teams, with strong background in Complex Systems as well large scale Software, in the area of Networking Infrastructure, Mobile Devices, Storage, Robotics, wellness, and more.

Raphi holds a Bachelors in computers science and math from Tel Aviv University, and a Masters in applied math as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
