HR Operations Director

Fabric is looking for a talented, experienced HR Operations Director to join our People Team and take part in our extraordinary journey as we grow. In this role, we seek a communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape, lead and integrate HR policies, projects, and initiatives. You will be responsible for HRIS, compliance, welfare and administration for our local workforce and G&A department. 

This is a significant role as we expand rapidly to meet our emerging market opportunities.

 

What your role will look like:

  • Provide full HR operational support and guidance for the IL site and the G&A departments.
  • Planning, implementing and executing HR policies and work practices for the local site, together with the site manager, senior leaders and broader HR team. 
  • Designing budgets, applying company policies, and managing internal HR systems. 
  • Play a key role in crafting and carrying out our annual People Plan as part of the People team.
  • Contribute to defining the company’s Compensation and Benefits policy
  • Evaluating HR operational needs, reporting requirements, and areas where procedures need streamlining in a high-growth environment


 

Requirements
  • A proven HR Operation leader with 10+ years of experience. We're looking for people who have worked in fast-paced technology companies in which the work environment can get dynamic. 
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits policies and labor legislation.
  • Excellent people skills and demonstrated high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience working with managers at all seniority levels. 
  • Knowledge and experience in working with various HRIS systems (such as BambooHR). 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to align with particular deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR management, Business Administration, or a related area.
  • Remains composed and productive under pressure.
  • Willing to help with things outside of your role.
