Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Deployment team in the US and lead external vendors with the lifetime upkeep of our MFCs nationally.


The Deployment Team sources the real estate, creates the design, manages the construction and robotic systems installation and maintenance of all Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs).

Job Overview

This is a leadership position for external vendors. This collaborative position engages the operations teams of each location for the upkeep and repairs of all site facilities in the US. This role defines and executes a cohesive maintenance strategy and directly impacts the lifetime value of our sites. You will report to the Vice President of Deployment.


  • Collaborates with the Construction Project teams in their daily activities during build and prepares handover for the Maintenance Vendors to manage the site for the term of the lease
  • Manages SLAs with vendors and work orders for repairs
  • Escalates tier reactive maintenance issues in alignment with request and reports status of the same
  • Prepares preventive maintenance plans for all sites
  • Reviews OPEX costs for maintenance with Finance and the Deployment Team
  • Engages with Finance team on Purchase Order creation for site work orders
  • Manages the CMMS platform and vendor for ticket transactions and workflow processes
  • 5-10 years experience in site facilities management
  • Background based on the owner’s side role is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to create and manage master schedules, budgets and reports and review with teams
  • 5-10 years work with MS Project and Excel are preferred
  • Background in all CAD software platforms, esp Solidworks and Revit
  • Highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate thoroughly and efficiently with internal and external partners
  • Highly organized and has the ability to manage external vendors, prioritize work schedules and tasks to meet project demands
