Field Service Technician

Field Service Technicians will be responsible for performing commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of different robotic systems. You will participate in the deployment of the company’s automatic warehouse solution from end to end and solve maintenance issues that arise on sites nationwide.



  • Communicating system issues
  • Maintain the technical performance of the robotic system
  • Provide onsite support and 2nd tier troubleshooting
  • Adhere to safety standards and local and national codes, with an emphasis on employee and subcontractor safety
  • Monitor and verify the system performance
  • Maintain and meet organizational standards
  • Previous experience in the electro-mechanical or field maintenance industry is a plus
  • Mechanically inclined and computer savvy
  • Able to act independently
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Travel is required (10-25%)
