Solution Implementation Manager 

We are looking for a Solution Implementation Manager to join our Solution Implementation team in the US. The Solution Implementation Manager at Fabric is a pivotal part of Fabric’s sales process. This person will use our Solution Design models as well as conduct analyses on customers data sets, to provide site designs outputs including throughput, expected performance, number of components etc. to be used during the sales process. This role will be seated in the US, reporting to the Solution Implementation Director (based in Israel), with close interaction with many teams in IL, EU, and US: Site Design Team, Sales Engineering, and Commercial, Finance, Product & Operations, Data and more.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use our MFC (Micro Fulfillment Centers) models to derive preliminary optimized site designs based on customer site requirements
  • Maintain and tweak existing models (in collaboration with Solution Design and Finance teams) to support site design tweaks as required
  • Analyze real-life data from our customers to provide basic understanding of their range, sales volumes, operations profiles and needs
  • Be a source of knowledge about our solution and its operating model, supporting and upskilling others. Build repeatable processes and tools so that site design activities can be scaled
  • Be familiar with our competing solutions to be able to compare our site designs to competing propositions
  • Follow the activity of and data from live sites to close loop on the design and monitor our main KPIs vs their targets in the design
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of engineering and applications experience
  • Experience in material handling, supply chain, retail & grocery, automation, and Site Design / Solution Design roles - preferred
  • Experience with modeling and/or operational research - preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Fast self-learner who likes solving complex problems

Tools:

  • Excel - Expert level.
  • Basic data analysis - pivot tables, handling large data sets
  • Experience with scripting languages & SQL - preferred
  • Experience with BI tools - advantage
