Job Summary

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for leading and executing our real estate acquisition strategies as we expand throughout the US. This will involve traveling to sites, creating a pipeline of potential locations, and engaging with local brokers to expand Fabric's presence in the US market.


  • Touring markets as needed for specific site sourcing.
  • Locate and create the pipeline of locations in alignment with growth plans in strategic markets
  • Understand what makes our sites successful by partnering with design and operations teams
  • Engage with local brokers for deal terms and site specific requirements.
  • Plan, create, and engage portfolio presentations with executive team members and solicit feedback for site review and approval.
  • Accountable for overall site deliverables in alignment with work letter and LOI
  • Engage with legal counsel for lease terms and prep deals for execution
  • BA/BS in real estate, finance or business related fields
  • Experience in commercial and retail real estate locations for warehousing and distribution
  • 5-10 years of experience of leading strategic real estate sourcing efforts
  • Background in understanding scalable growth. This is a company positioned for explosive growth and this role is key to our success
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment creating new work streams and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and deal execution
  • Ability to communicate fluidly across all internal and external teams
  • Specific ability to manage others- you will be the only person in this position managing other external partners in their role
  • Ability to work independently - if you are looking for a micromanager, you are in the wrong place
