Job Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead the Israeli Site’s internal operations. In this role, you will work with your team to make sure Fabric’s 200+ Team Members in Israel are set up for success. You will manage a team that oversees the Israeli Site’s day-to-day operations, as well as plan for the future by leading a high priority office move project. This role will require the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. Among others, you and your team will be responsible for the following domain areas: 

  • Project managing our office move from requirements to execution.
  • Office space planning and management. 
  • Lead all maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands activities in the office.
  • Organize office operations and procedures, from both budget perspective and procedures design. 
  • Work with the Employee Experience team on onboarding/offboarding processes and on executing various cross company initiatives. 
  • Front desk responsibility- set the standard for office support directed towards team members and visitors.
  • Manage meeting rooms and conferences. 
  • Travel Administration.


Requirements


  • At least 2-3 years of management experience leading operational teams.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar operational role. Preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and a get-things-done attitude.
  • Able to deliver against tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Fast learner, independent, resourceful, hands-on.
  • Exceptional leader.
  • Team player.
  • Service orientation.
  • Fluent English - must.
  • BA in administration, business or any other relevant degree - an advantage.
