Employee Experience Lead
Employee experience has a proven impact on employee engagement and productivity. As the Employee Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring close connection between employees’ physical, social and cultural environments, as well as the tools and relationships they need to get work done on a daily basis.
Your goal will be to create a comprehensive view, maximizing all of the company’s touchpoints with team members in order to drive positive employee engagement and productivity through increased levels of personalization, simplification, authenticity and organizational responsiveness.
We are looking for an experienced Employee Experience Team Leader to join our People team and lead our efforts around making life at Fabric efficient and enjoyable! In this role you will partner with managers, team members, and the wider HR team to help design and implement office & welfare policies, celebrations & events and support the building of a unique culture.
In this exciting opportunity, you will build and shape the company’s employee experience approach and execution, handle employee lifecycle and the company’s relationship with its employees as well as their working environment. You will design and execute the annual employee experience plan, including events, conferences, hackathons, employee life events etc., You will report to the Head of HR, and be part of our passionate, professional global HR team that constantly connects the dots between our people & the business.
Design and implement employee experience across all company/employee touch points, productivity and services
Plan, execute and drive employee activities, events and programs
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, including conducting negotiations on cost and obligations
Manage an annual budget with transparency
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
At least 1 year experience in managing teams
Experience in managing and tracking budgets.
Independent, self motivated and with a high focus on execution
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute with fine quality
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and in English.
Proven ability to juggle across multiple priorities
Proven ability to effectively lead projects
Excellent interpersonal relationships and high service orientation
