Director of Talent Acquisition, IL
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition IL to lead our hyper-scale hiring efforts in IL & enable the growth of our team over a short period of time. This leader will report to our Chief People Officer and be part of a fast-growing global HR team headquartered in NYC. The ultimate candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be passionate about attracting amazing talent and demonstrate strategic abilities to scale our company in IL.

Create, develop, and drive Fabric’s IL Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Brand as part of Fabric’s global people approach.
Develop a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the Talent acquisition industry in IL.
Build the IL TA recruiting vision, strategy, roadmap and incorporate best-in-class processes.
Grow, lead & develop the IL TA group; assess, onboard & mentor the team.
Leverage data analytics to measure KPIs, analyze and capture insights to drive ongoing success, and support business decisions.
Accountability for the full cycle recruitment process, strive for exceptional results while ensuring engaging candidate experience.
Well Rounded in data analytics, E2E recruitment & employer branding domains
Work closely with the leadership team to define & meet aggressive hiring targets.
Own and manage the IL TA annual budget.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a TA leadership role; ability to hit the ground running.
Proven experience in leading hyper-scale recruitment efforts in SW teams; drastically growing Tech teams within a short period of time.
At least 5 years experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industry, preferably in a dynamic fast-growing SU environment.
Understanding of comp. components- specifically equity plans.
Familiarity with the IL Tech market.
Knowledge and ability to own & lead the Employer Branding strategy & execution
Leadership capabilities- passionate, eager to succeed, and with high potential to grow & develop into more senior HR roles in the future.
