We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Applied Research team in Tel Aviv.

The applied research group is responsible for algorithmic and machine learning solutions at the heart of Fabric’s product. Examples include task time estimation, resource allocation optimization, demand prediction, and pathfinding algorithms for a multi-robot system. The group is growing and is now looking for a Product Analyst.

As part of this position, you will be working alongside various teams which are responsible for our MFCs (Micro-Fulfillment Centers), focusing on the WCS (Warehouse Control System). You will take a significant part in decision-making and proactively guide our business growth, based on data analysis.

As a Product Analyst, you will be in charge of suggesting ongoing proactive actions that will make a measurable impact on our business, presenting insights to stakeholders such as product management, engineering team leads, and C-level executives.  

You will be required to solve complex problems defined by Product, make insightful recommendations and initiate deep-dive analysis supporting the robotic system teams.


●    Conduct data analyses that will lead to actionable recommendations for the engineering teams.

●    Proactively identify measurable pain-points and lead data-driven decisions.

●    Create impactful KPIs and build supportive metrics infrastructure. 

●    Effectively monitor performance metrics, identify abnormal trends, and deep-dive into the root-cause thereof. 

●    Design, lead and implement projects pertaining to data analysis. 

  • Vast knowledge of Python, specifically Pandas - a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product/Data analyst - a must.
  • Experience in complex data analysis with actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with product, engineering, and data science teams
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to pick things up quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deep-dive into ambiguous data trends and identify the underpinning reasons.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Can-do and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Experience with reporting platforms and data visualization - a plus.
  • BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related degree - a plus.
