Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team in TLV.

Team 

Fabric’s HR team is responsible for driving all people-related processes and activities to allow the growth & development of the organization, its people and culture. Our goal is to enable the achievement of the company’s business goals while really “seeing” our people and focusing on their needs. We are about attracting, retaining & developing the very best talent while creating an engaging company culture. The HR team is global, currently operating from Tel Aviv and expanding to the US.

 

Job Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining various recruitment channels, Including active sourcing of top talent candidates.

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
  2. Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  3. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns
  4. Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
  5. Screen resumes and interviews candidates to determine basic qualifications
  6. Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
  7. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  8. Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines
Requirements
  • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • Exceptional sourcing and funnel abilities with proven experience in developing different recruitment sources and solutions. 
  • Independent, self-starter & professionally mature- able to work well in a remote work environment.
  • Superb networking abilities, including social media and search agencies.
  • Great interpersonal skills & exceptional communication ability
  • Data-Driven- strong analytical skills, embrace using data and metrics
  • A positive “can-do” approach, resilience, and resourcefulness are a must.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
