Employee Experience specialist


Employee experience has a proven impact on employee engagement and productivity. 

Fabric is looking for a creative and passionate person, who loves people and enjoys taking on projects. A professional, fun, curious, out-of-the-box thinker, who loves working together to make Fabric an amazing workplace.

Your goal will be to create a comprehensive view, maximizing all of the company’s touchpoints with team members in order to drive positive employee engagement and productivity through increased levels of personalization, simplification, authenticity and organizational responsiveness.


The role


You will play a key role in shaping and executing our employee experience strategy, ensuring our unique culture and values are reflected throughout the organization.

You will work closely with the office team in order to create the best employee experiences to create our office environment as pleasant as possible.

Note: This is a 6 months temporary position, located in our Tel Aviv office.

What you’ll do 


  • You’ll be in charge of the well-being experience of the employees from planning to execution. including company events, recognitions, company celebrations, holidays, gifts, fun days, happy hours, Etc.
  • Support employees on military leave and their families, ensuring their well-being and providing assistance as needed. Develop programs and initiatives to support employees during times of conflict.
  • Manage and develop community relations and volunteer activities, particularly in response to wartime needs.
  • Oversee and track the welfare budget, demonstrate proactive thinking and resourcefulness to maximize impact within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of events and programs, managing timelines, branding, and logistics.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve experiences and initiatives.
  • Work closely with various departments and global counterparts to understand and meet diverse needs.
  • Support all employee life cycle stages and experiences from onboarding to offboarding
  • Translate culture and brand through in person as well as virtual events and experiences
  • Design and implementation of internal newsletters, as part of People team communication strategy. 


Who you are


  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role- at least 3 years 
  • Have experience in producing projects/events A-Z/ Full ownership from concept to execution
  • Creative thinking with a can-do attitude from initiative to execution, an ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Love people and the daily connection with them
  • Great team player- you will be working with multiple stakeholders
  • Know how to negotiate and like it
  • Be data-oriented and love the small details
  • Know how to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Care about quality, cleanliness, fixing malfunctions
  • Be very positive, open to feedback and critical thinking
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written required
  • Excellent Excel skills, office applications, and internet searches
