We are looking for Sales Engineer to join our Commercial team in Atlanta.
In this role you will be a key member of the customer facing sales organization having the primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support. Your goal will be helping customers identify micro-fulfillment robotic automation opportunities to improve their fulfillment capabilities. You will interact directly with all levels of the client team to understand and document their requirements. Internally, you will work with Fabric teams (Product Management, Production Engineering, Finance) to identify and present the most appropriate solution to the customer.
In addition, you will accompany the sales team on customer meetings to provide technical expertise.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Attending client meetings (Zoom meetings during this COVID-19 season)
- Understanding customer needs, developing and analyzing fulfillment data
- Directing the design effort with the sales and engineering teams
- 5 -10 years of experience at a technical customer facing role in Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations field
- Retail consulting experience an advantage
- Ability to quickly and creatively solve problems
- Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
This is a remote role best filled from any metropolitan area in the Central or Eastern US. The role may require you to travel in the US up to 30%.
