As Fabric’s Co-CEO, Jack leads the company’s operations, R&D and innovation.

He joined the company in 2018 as Chief of Staff and later as CEO of the Israel market. In 2020 Jack became Fabric’s COO and led the company’s operational scale readiness, site planning and deployment, production, logistics, supply chain, program management, service operations, and global tech support.

Before joining Fabric, Jack was EVP of Global Human Resources for Stratasys, a global leader in 3D-printing solutions. Prior to that, Jack was COO of Better Place. Jack is a retired Brigadier General and served in the Israeli Air Force for 34 years.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Technion and a Master of Arts in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.

As Fabric’s Co-CEO, Curt drives global commercial growth and strategy.

Curt has over 30 years of executive experience in grocery, pharmacy, and mass merchandise, and has collaborated to build new businesses that generate over $8 billion in annual sales and over 30,000 jobs. He launched successful eCommerce divisions at Ahold Delhaize, Giant Eagle, and CVS Pharmacy, as well as the HEB and Ahold Delhaize fueling divisions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Ori co-founded Fabric in 2015 and leads the Product & Strategy department.

Before co-founding CommonSense, Ori served as a Major in the Israeli Air Force. As a Senior Project Manager and Head of Section, Ori specialized in operations research and optimizations of complex combat scenarios, for which he received the Air Force Commander Distinction Award. He is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot Program.

Ori holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Shay is a co-founder of Fabric and leads all hardware, manufacturing, and deployment activities.

Before co-founding Fabric, Shay served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Intelligence Technology Unit of the Israel Defense Forces where he managed hundreds of experts. Shay has led the development of multidisciplinary systems and complex projects, for which he received the prestigious Israel Defense Prize.

Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, a Master of Science in Biomechanics from Delaware University, and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Raphi joined Fabric in 2022, and leads our R&D teams.

Prior to Fabric, Raphi has over 30 years of experience working with R&D teams, with strong background in Complex Systems as well large scale Software, in the area of Networking Infrastructure, Mobile Devices, Storage, Robotics, wellness, and more.

Raphi holds a Bachelors in computers science and math from Tel Aviv University, and a Masters in applied math as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Since joining Fabric in 2019, Shirley Bachar has been at the forefront of driving the company's marketing, public relations, and business development strategies. In her previous role as Director of Global Strategy and Business Development, she played a pivotal role in helping major retailers optimize their fulfillment operations.

Shirley brings a wealth of experience from her work with prominent Israeli consumer goods companies and top-tier management consulting firm. With deep expertise in retail, logistics, and strategic growth, she has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions that drive business success.

Maya joined Fabric in 2021. She oversees human resources and team member experience initiatives, and supports and consults executives during organizational planning processes, helping to finalize work plans and execute them.

She has over 14 years of experience as an HR professional, with extensive knowledge in HR processes from A-Z. She has specialized in HR in various organizations and industries, with high diagnostic capabilities, accuracy and proven success in the field.

Maya holds a Bachelor of science in social work from Tel Aviv University and a Masters degree in organizational development and consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Itay joined Fabric in 2018 and is currently leading the company’s Delivery & Operations Department, including Delivery, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT

Itay has over 15 years of experience in leading complex Operations and Programs in various leading operation roles. Prior to joining Fabric, Itay served as a Major in the Israeli Air-force, leading complex hardware and software systems.

Itay holds a Bachelor of science in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University and an MS.c. in Bio-medical Engineering from the Technion.

Danny leads Fabric’s Finance team.

Danny has a proven record of success in financial management and leadership with multinational private and publicly traded companies, large ones such as Amdocs and ForSoft (today “Matrix”) or serving as the CFO of start-ups such as Arbe Robotics (NASDAQ: ARBE), Biodata (acquired by Digital Science) and Taptica (acquired by Tremor), where he led fundraising rounds and oversaw their finances until their public listing or acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fabric Danny served as CFO of Imagry, a company developing Mapless Autonomous Driving SW.

Danny is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting, Statistics and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.

Ari joined Fabric in 2020 and has held a number of roles including on the Operations and Product teams. As Fabric's Chief of Staff, Ari works with the Co-CEO and the entire management team as a trusted advisor, overseeing special projects on a variety of cross-organizational topics.

Prior to joining Fabric, Ari spent 10+ years as a management consultant in the US, helping Fortune 100 companies address challenges and achieve profitable growth.

Ari earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from Yeshiva University and an MBA in Strategy from NYU's Stern School of Business.
